Thorough, friendly, clean, and personable. Worked with Becca for the majority of my visit and she was fantastic. The hygienist was nice and helpful. The dentist was also well prepared, friendly, and seemingly very competent.

While I am not a fan of dentist offices this is by far the best service I have ever received at a dentist. They explain, everything, they care about you, and genuinely seem happy to see you while also doing a very professional job.

Highly recommend. He found a potentially serious problem, ruled out the dental aspect, got me set up with proper specialist MD and made personal calls to get me taken care of quickly. Spent a lot of time educating and comforting me about this. You just don’t see this level of care and concern as much as you used to. I’m very grateful to my dentists. They are true professionals.

Kaitlin is an amazing VA coordinator, x-ray tech, and overall friendly staff member. She spoke to me at length about everything that was going to happen, from the first visit with X-rays, to the final visit down the road when this journey ends. She's is polite and caring. I truly liked her. She def relaxed me and my fears of the dentist which are long held. Then Dr Hayes came in and examined my gums and teeth and agreed with Kaitlin about what I wanted versus what could be done. I no longer fear the dentist. They were kind and worked with me and my fear. After having bad experiences as a kid and teen, braces, and loosing my teeth, Hayes is giving me back my confidence and smile, while restoring my faith in the dental community!
