Dr. Gerard DiFusco, DMD, brings more than 40 years of general and restorative dentistry to Hayes Family Dentistry in Cookeville, Tennessee. He has cared for patients here for nearly two years, so many of you have already met him.
Before he came to Cookeville, Dr. DiFusco owned and led his own practice in Webster, New York, for four decades. He still loves the work. In his words, “I love working and creating solutions for patients’ needs.”
Dr. Kevin Hayes, who owns and leads the practice, put it this way: “Dr. DiFusco is my senior by 5 years and runs circles around us all!”

We Believe In Doing Things Right
From 1983 to 2023, Dr. DiFusco owned Webster Dental Group, a general practice focused on adult cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He grew it for 40 years with a small team he trained himself, and most of them stayed with him for more than 20 years.
Over his career, his work has ranged from simple fillings to complex cases that rebuild a whole smile. That includes full-mouth rehabilitation, smile reconstruction with veneers, dental implants, bone and gum grafting, and crowns designed and milled with computer-assisted technology.
If you have put off the dentist because you are nervous, you are not alone, and you have not waited too long. Like every dentist at Hayes Family Dentistry, Dr. DiFusco provides sedation dentistry, so you can rest comfortably while the work gets done.
